What is Bione?
Bione is a consumer commerce platform. It gives local businesses a product catalog, online ordering, and a cashback loyalty program inside one shared customer app and website — no separate app to build, no data to re-enter. Bione itself is an independent application; it can integrate with a merchant's ERP (Bito ERP is one such integration today) so a shop's catalog and stock stay in sync.
This site is the user documentation. It covers the customer app, the company app (merchant / store-owner panel), and the integration API.
The two apps

The customer app is available as a mobile app, a website, and a Telegram Mini App — these share the same screens and flows. The company app runs in the browser.
Key ideas in one paragraph
- One app, many shops. A consumer installs Bione once and uses it to shop any participating business — no per-shop app downloads.
- Cashback is store credit. A customer earns a percentage of their spend as credit, redeemable at the same shop. It is not fungible across shops.
- Merchants run their own shop. Store owners manage their catalog, cashback tiers, and orders from the company app.
