Overview

The first screen of the dashboard — a snapshot of how your shop is doing.

Why the overview exists

You need to know, at a glance, whether your shop is healthy. The overview answers three questions: Are orders coming in? Are customers growing? Is cashback balanced? The date range selector lets you compare periods without navigating to separate reports.

How to read the date range

A greeting (for example "Good afternoon, {name}") sits above date range chips to choose the period for the metrics:

  • Today / Yesterday / This week / Previous week / This month / Last month / Custom

When to use each range

  • Today — check morning orders before opening.
  • This week — spot trends in weekly performance.
  • This month — see the full picture for cashback and revenue.
  • Custom — drill into a specific date range (for example a promotion period).

How to read the metric cards

Three cards summarise the current period:

Orders

The order count and order revenue (UZS). This tells you volume and revenue in one number.

When to act: if the order count drops week-over-week, check your products for stock issues or your cashback settings for competitiveness.

Customers

The customer count and how many are new this week. Growth in new customers means your marketing or word-of-mouth is working.

When to act: if new customers stall, consider running a promotion or improving your shop's reviews to attract organic traffic.

Cashback

The start, earned, used, and end balances. This shows how much cashback your customers have earned, how much they've spent, and what's still outstanding.

When to act: if the "used" number is low relative to "earned", customers aren't returning to spend. Consider a redemption promotion or checking that your cashback tiers are competitive.

How to use the inventory widget

Product status at a glance: Live products, In review, and Low stock, plus the count Across {n} branches.

When to act on low stock

Low stock means products are about to go out of order. Restock before items hit zero — customers who find products out of stock may not come back.

How to use the recent orders table

A table of the most recent orders (Order, Customer, Status, Total, Placed) with a "View all" link to the full Orders screen.

When to check recent orders

First thing in the morning. This shows you what arrived overnight and what needs attention (new orders to confirm, orders to prepare, orders to deliver).
