Branches

Locations where your shop operates — each branch has its own stock, pricing, hours, and fulfilment.

Why branches matter

A shop with multiple locations needs separate management for each. Stock at Branch A isn't available at Branch B. Prices may differ. Hours vary. Branches let customers order from the location nearest to them and ensure you manage each location's inventory independently.

How to navigate the branches screen

  • List — each branch with name, status, and an active count.
  • Add branch / Edit.

How to add a branch

  1. Open the Branches screen.
  2. Tap Add branch.
  3. Fill in the form:
FieldNotes
NameBranch display name. Be specific — "Abdulla Qodiriy ko'chasi" beats "Branch 1".
Region / District / AddressWhere the branch is. Customers see this for pickup.
Latitude / LongitudeLocation for the map and delivery.
StatusActive or inactive.
Working hoursOpen and close times (and per-day schedules if supported).
Branch managerAn employee responsible for the branch.
  1. Confirm to create the branch.

When to add a branch

When you open a new location, or when you need separate stock tracking for a section of your business (for example, a warehouse vs. a retail floor).

When to deactivate a branch

If a location is temporarily closed (renovation, holiday), set it to inactive rather than deleting it. Inactive branches don't appear to customers for pickup or delivery, but your data is preserved.

How product availability works per branch

Stock and price are per branch — you set them on each product. A branch with 0 stock for an item shows it as "out of stock" to customers in that area.

When to set different prices per branch

Useful when a branch has higher operating costs (premium location) or when you want to run location-specific promotions. The default is the same price across all branches.

How to manage working hours

Set open and close times for each branch. If your branches have different hours (for example, one branch closes early on Fridays), configure them independently.

When hours matter

Customers see whether a shop is "Open" or "Closed" based on the selected branch's hours. If your hours are wrong, customers may show up to a closed shop or try to order when you're not fulfilling.

How the branch manager works

A branch manager is an employee responsible for that location. They can be assigned from the employee list.

When to assign a branch manager

When you have a team member who oversees a specific location. The manager is responsible for that branch's operations — orders, stock, and customer service at that location.
