Customer App
The Bione customer app is how consumers browse shops, place orders, earn and redeem cashback, and manage their account. It is available as three surfaces that share the same screens and flows:

Most of the flow is identical across all three. This guide is structured as a tutorial for each feature flow — each page explains why the feature exists, when to use it, and how to do it step by step. Use the reading order below to learn the app from first sign-up to advanced features.
The bottom navigation
The app is built around four main tabs, plus a scan entry:

| Scan | Your personal QR code (to share with a cashier) or scan a shop code |
| Cart | Your cart across all shops, with per-shop checkout |
| Profile | Your account hub — orders, cards, addresses, cashback, referrals, settings |
The Cart tab shows your running grand total across every shop in your cart.
