A shop's page shows everything about one business: its branding, rating, membership, and catalog.
Why join a shop's loyalty programme?
Every shop on Bione has its own cashback balance. When you join a shop's loyalty programme, every purchase you make there earns store credit you can spend on future orders at the same shop. Without joining, you pay full price and earn nothing.
The header
- Cover image — the shop's banner.
- Rating — tapping it opens the Reviews for this shop.
- Favourite (heart) — toggle to save the shop to your Favourites. It updates immediately.
- Search — opens in-shop product search to find a product in this shop's catalog.
- About — the shop's description.
- Open / closed status — whether the shop is currently taking orders.
How to join the loyalty programme
- Open a shop's page.
- Find the membership card — it shows the shop's cashback rate and the benefit of joining.
- Tap Join to become a member.
When to join
Join as soon as you decide you'll shop there again. There's no cost, and you start earning cashback on your next order. You can leave at any time — your existing balance stays.
When to leave
If you no longer shop at a particular store, leaving removes the membership badge from your profile but does not affect your earned cashback. Spend your balance first, then leave.
How to browse the catalog
Products are shown as cards in the shop's catalog. Tapping one opens the full product page.
A sticky cart bar appears so you can jump straight to your cart for this shop.
How to pick a branch
If a shop has more than one branch, a branch selector lets you choose which one you're ordering from. The branch controls:
- Availability — which products are in stock at that location.
- Pickup — where you collect your order (for pickup orders).
- Delivery — which branch fulfils your delivery.
When to change branches
Only if you want to pick up from a specific location, or if a product is out of stock at your default branch. The app remembers your last choice.
Arriving from a code
If you've scanned a shop's QR code (see Scan), a link with an optional invite token deep-links you straight into this shop page — used for welcome-bonus invites too.
