Getting started
Create your account and your company, then submit it for review so it can go live.
Why registration has steps
Bione verifies every business before it appears to customers. The 4-step wizard collects the minimum needed to prove you're a real business: your phone (verified), your identity (name + password), and your company details (legal entity, location, logo). Platform staff review submissions to prevent fraud and ensure shops meet quality standards.
How to sign in
Log in with your email or phone (for example you@store.uz or +998901234567), then your password.
- If two-factor authentication (2FA) is enabled on your account, you'll be asked for a 6-digit authenticator code next.
- You can also sign in with Telegram (send a code), or use "Use authenticator instead" if you have a code.

When to enable 2FA
Enable 2FA as soon as your account is set up. It protects your shop from unauthorised access — if someone learns your password, they still can't sign in without the authenticator code.
How to register
A 4-step wizard:
Step 1 — phone
Enter your phone with the country code; tap Send code.
Step 2 — verify OTP
Enter the 6-digit code (Verify), or Change phone if you mistyped.
Step 3 — credentials
Enter First name, Last name, and set a password (at least 8 characters).
Step 4 — success
Account created; continue to onboarding.
Why phone verification comes first
The phone number is tied to your account and used for 2FA, order notifications, and support contact. Verifying it upfront prevents typos and ensures you can always receive critical alerts.
How to create your company
The onboarding form sets up your company. Fields:

| Shop category | Optional category tree picker. Determines where you appear in the directory. |

| Legal entity type | Dropdown. |
| INN (9 digits) or PINFL (14 digits) | Shown depending on your entity type. |
| Logo | Upload PNG/JPG/WebP/SVG, max 2 MB. |
| Banner | Upload PNG/JPG/WebP, max 4 MB. |
| Responsible person | First and last name. |
| Contact email. |
Tap Submit for review when done.
When to prepare your assets
Before starting the form, have your logo (square, at least 200x200px), banner (wide, at least 1200x400px), and legal entity details ready. This makes the form faster to complete.
Why the logo and banner matter
The logo appears on shop cards in the customer directory. The banner appears at the top of your shop detail page. Good visuals increase click-through from the directory.
What happens after submission
Your company is submitted for review and activation by platform staff. Until it's approved, you'll see the activation gate and customers won't see your shop. You can keep preparing your catalog and settings while you wait; contact support if you need help getting activated.
Once active, everything in the dashboard unlocks.
How long review takes
Typically 1-2 business days. You'll receive a notification when your company is approved (or if more information is needed).
What to prepare while you wait
Use the waiting time to:
- Add your products and descriptions.
- Set up branches with hours and locations.
- Configure cashback tiers.
- Invite employees.
When your company is approved, everything is ready for customers.
