Settings
Company-level configuration — org details, tax, roles, notifications, and your account.
Why settings are separate from features
Settings change infrequently — you set your company details, tax configuration, and roles once, then rarely revisit them. Separating them from daily-use features (orders, products, cashback) keeps the dashboard clean and prevents accidental changes to critical configuration.
How to edit organisation details
Edit your company's brand name, logo, banner, contact email, business fields, region, and responsible person — the same fields you set during onboarding.
Organization status (Active / Pending / Rejected / Suspended) is shown here. Suspended companies can contact support to restore access.
When to update organisation details
Only when something changes — new logo, new contact email, change of responsible person. Brand name changes may require re-review by platform staff.
How to configure tax (fiskalizatsiya)
If you're enabled for fiscalisation, Tax Settings opens a picker for the receipt classification (Tasnif) applied per product (see Products).
When to enable fiskalizatsiya
If you're legally required to issue fiscal receipts in your region. The platform supports it — enable it in Settings, then set the Tasnif classification on each product.
Why Tasnif classification is per-product
Different products have different tax rates and categories. A food item and an electronics item have different fiscal classifications. Setting it per product ensures receipts are legally compliant.
How to manage roles & permissions
Manage the roles your employees use and what each can do (see Employees).
When to adjust permissions
When your team grows or changes. If a manager needs more access, promote them. If an employee's role changes, update their permissions. Review permissions quarterly to ensure they still match your team's responsibilities.
How to set notification preferences
Choose which categories and channels (in-app / push / email) notify you — see Notifications.
How to manage your account
- Profile — your first/last name, avatar, contact details.
- Security — change your password, and enable two-factor authentication (2FA) with an authenticator app.
- Delete account — request deletion of your account (and, if you're the owner, your company's data).
When to change your password
- Suspected compromise — if you think someone else knows your password.
- Periodically — every 3-6 months as a security practice.
- Employee with shared access leaves — change the password even if they had their own account, in case they had access to the shared credentials.
When to enable 2FA
Immediately. 2FA protects your account from password theft. Use an authenticator app (not SMS) for stronger security.
When to delete your account
Only when you're closing your business on Bione. Deletion is permanent after the 30-day window. If you're the owner, deletion also affects your company's data.
