Profile & settings
Your account hub — manage your personal details, payment cards, addresses, notifications, referrals, and more.
Why the profile hub exists
The Profile tab is the central place for everything that isn't a specific feature screen. It holds your identity (name, photo), your payment methods (cards), your delivery addresses, and your account preferences. Most of these are set once and rarely changed — but when you need them, this is where to look.
The profile hub
The Profile tab shows your avatar, name, and phone, and a menu of:
- Orders — your order history.
- Addresses — saved delivery addresses.
- Cards — your saved payment cards.
- Favorites — your saved shops.
- Cashback — your balance and ledger.
- Referrals — invite friends and track rewards.
- Settings — language, notifications, help, sign out.
How to edit personal details
Edit your name, date of birth, and gender. Change your photo from your profile (choose a photo or remove it from the camera).
When to update your profile
Only when something changes. Your name appears on orders and reviews — keep it current so shops can identify you.
How to manage email and phone
An email and phone can be attached to your account, each verified (shown with a check badge). Sign-in methods are shown here; you can see the verified methods on your account.
Why verification matters
A verified phone is required for sign-in and order contact. A verified email is used for notifications and account recovery. Both must be confirmed with a code sent to that address.
How to delete your account
From your profile you can request account deletion. Confirm it and all your sessions are revoked. If a deletion is scheduled, the app shows a pending screen where you can Restore account or Erase now.
Why signing in doesn't cancel deletion
Simply signing in again does not cancel a scheduled deletion — you must explicitly restore it. This is a safety measure: if someone gains access to your account, they can't prevent deletion by just logging in.
When to delete vs. just sign out
Sign out when you're using a shared device. Delete when you want your data permanently removed. Deletion is irreversible after the 30-day window.
How to save an address
- Open Addresses from the Profile hub.
- Tap Add address.
- Pick a location on a map, give it a label and icon (Home / Work / MapPin), enter street (required), entrance, floor, apartment, door code.
- Toggle set as default if this is your primary delivery address.
When to add multiple addresses
If you order to different locations (home, office, a partner's place), save each one. During checkout you pick from your saved addresses instead of typing the full address every time.
How to add a payment card
- Open Cards from the Profile hub.
- Tap Add card.
- Enter the card number, expiry (MM/YY), and a label.
- A live brand preview updates as you type.
- The card is bound through your bank with an OTP to the cardholder.
When to add a card
Add a card before you need it — the binding process takes a moment (OTP verification). Having a saved card means checkout is faster: pick it from the list instead of typing the number.
Why card binding requires an OTP
The OTP proves you hold the physical card. This prevents someone who knows your card number from binding it to their Bione account.
How notifications work
The bell on the Home screen opens your notification inbox, grouped by Today / Yesterday / This week / Older, with read/unread states. Tapping a notification marks it read and (where possible) opens the thing it refers to (a product, shop, or order). A "Mark all read" action clears the unread count.
When to customise preferences
Settings holds notification preferences per category (Orders, Cashback, Promos, Account security) toggled for push/email. Turn off categories you don't care about to keep your inbox clean.
How referrals work
Invite friends to a shop and earn — the referral flow is members-only. You can:
- Share your referrer code and link.
- Track your invites, per shop and cross-shop.
- See the reward you and your friends earn.
When to refer
After you've joined a shop's loyalty programme. Referrals only work for shops you're a member of, and the reward comes from that shop's cashback budget.
Language, help, and sign out
- Language — switch UZ / RU / EN.
- Help & Support — call, message on Telegram, or email support, plus an FAQ covering how to earn, redeem, use your code, and refer.
- About — app version, privacy, terms, and rate.
- Sign out — ends your session (sign-out is hidden inside the Telegram Mini App, where your session restarts on each open).
When to sign out
Only on shared or public devices. On your personal phone, staying signed in is convenient and secure — the app doesn't store your password, only a session token.
