Product

The product page shows one item and lets you add it to your cart.

Why product pages matter

A product page is where you decide to buy. It shows the price, cashback earnings, images, and stock status — everything you need to decide "is this worth it right now?"

What's on the page

  • Media — product images (swipe or tap to enlarge).
  • Rating — a single-star numeric rating. Tapping it opens the reviews for this product or lets you write a review.
  • Cashback — shown as an absolute amount (so'm), not a percentage.
  • Price — the unit price.
  • Options/variants — if the product has options, choose them here.

How to add to cart

  1. If the product has options, pick the variant you want first.
  2. Use the quantity stepper to set how many you want.
  3. Tap Add — the item goes into your cart and the app switches to the Cart tab.

When to add to cart

Add items as you browse. Your cart persists across sessions, so you can build it over several visits and check out when you're ready. There's no time limit.

When online ordering is disabled

You can order products online only when the shop has online ordering enabled. If it hasn't, the add-to-cart flow for online ordering is disabled — you'll need to visit the shop in person or use the Scan & Pay flow.

How to read the cashback display

The cashback amount shown is what you'll earn if you buy this product. For example, if the product costs 50,000 so'm and the shop's cashback rate is 10%, you'll see "5,000 so'm" — the actual amount you'll receive as store credit.

This is more useful than a percentage because you see the real value without doing mental math.

How to check stock

Stock status is shown per branch if the shop has multiple locations. If a product is out of stock at your selected branch, it may be available at another — you can switch branches on the shop detail page.
