Reviews
Rate the shops and products you've used. Reviews are tied to completed orders — you review after an order is done.
Why reviews exist
Reviews help other customers decide where to shop and what to buy. They also give shops direct feedback about what's working and what isn't. A shop with honest reviews builds trust faster than one with none.
Why reviews are purchase-verified
Only customers who completed an order can review. This prevents fake reviews — from competitors, bots, or people who never shopped there. A verified review carries more weight because the reader knows the reviewer actually bought something.
When to write a review
- After an order completes — the order detail shows a review prompt. This is the most natural time, while the experience is fresh.
- From a product page — tap the rating to open the review sheet for that product.
- From a shop page — tap the shop's rating in the header.
You can review a shop (overall experience) or a product (the specific item).
How to write a review
The review sheet has:
- Star rating — choose 1–5 stars.
- Text — the body of your review (optional for a rating-only review).
Rating-only vs. content review
- A rating-only review (stars, no text) publishes immediately.
- A content review (with text/photo) is held briefly for moderation before it's visible. This keeps abusive content off the platform.
When to write just a rating
If you don't have much to say but want to register your satisfaction (or dissatisfaction), a star rating is quick and still counts toward the shop's average.
When to write a full review
If something specific happened — great service, a problem with a product, a delivery issue — describe it. The text helps other customers and gives the shop actionable feedback.
How to read reviews
A reviews sheet lists the reviews for a shop or product, each showing the author, the star rating, and the text.
What to look for
- Recent reviews — a shop's quality can change over time. Recent reviews reflect the current experience.
- Verified badges — all reviews here are purchase-verified, so you can trust them more than reviews on external sites.
- Text content — star ratings give the average; text reviews explain the "why" behind the number.
How the shop can respond
Shops can reply to reviews publicly. If a shop responds to a negative review, it shows they care about customer feedback. Check the replies to see how the shop handles problems.
