Home
The Home screen is the first thing you see when you open the app. It's a personalised feed of shops and offers.
Why the home screen matters
It's the starting point for every shopping trip. The home screen answers "what's nearby, what's new, and what's my cashback balance?" in one glance. You don't have to search — the feed brings shops to you.
What's on the screen
- Greeting header — "Good afternoon, {name}" when you're signed in (a generic greeting for guests), with a bell icon that opens Notifications when signed in.
- Cashback hero — your total cashback plus how much you've earned this month.
- Quick actions and promos — config-driven shortcut blocks.
- New companies — a horizontal rail of recently added shops.
- Popular near you — a stack of shop cards nearest to you.
- Category tiles — a grid of categories that opens the Shops directory filtered to that category.
- Region picker — switch the region, which changes the shops shown.
- Stories — a carousel of story circles at the top. Tapping one opens it full-screen (see below).
How to use stories
Stories are short, full-screen, Instagram-style visual posts.
When to check stories
Shops post stories to announce new products, promotions, or events. If you follow a shop, its stories appear in the carousel — check them for deals you might otherwise miss.
How to navigate
- Images advance on an auto-timer; videos play muted (toggle the speaker to unmute).
- Tap the right side to go next, the left side to go back, the middle to advance; hold to pause.
- Some stories have live buttons in a content band — tapping one navigates to its target.
- Opening a story marks it as seen.
How to browse from home
- Pick a category tile — this opens the Shops directory filtered to that category.
- Tap a shop card — "Popular near you" or "New companies" cards open the shop's detail page directly.
- Change your region — if you're travelling, switch the region to see shops in a different area.
Why browsing starts here
The home screen pre-filters shops by your region and shows what's popular nearby. Instead of searching through the full directory, you get a curated starting point. Use Shops when you want the full directory.
Customer types
If you're browsing without signing in, you can still see Home and Shops. You'll be asked to sign in (verified phone) before you can place an order, use your cashback, or make changes to your account.
