Getting started

Sign up, sign in, and pass the legal gate. Everything in the app that needs an account sits behind a verified phone session.

Why phone verification?

Bione ties every order, cashback balance, and review to a verified phone number. This prevents fake accounts, keeps cashback balances honest, and means the shop can contact you about an order. A phone number is the one credential almost every customer already has — no extra password to remember.

How to sign up

When to sign up

You need an account before you can place an order, earn cashback, leave reviews, or save favourites. Browsing shops and viewing products work without one.

Step 1 — enter your phone

Open the app and enter your phone number with the country code (for example +998900000000). Tap Send code.

Step 2 — verify with the code

You receive a 6-digit code by SMS. Enter it in the code cells. The code expires after a few minutes — request a new one if it runs out.

Step 3 — set your name

On a brand-new account you'll be asked for your first and last name. Existing accounts skip this step.

Once verified, you're in.

How to sign in

Use the same phone + code flow. The sign-in and registration screens share the same form — the Login / Register toggle switches between them. If your phone number already has an account, you land straight in.

Sign in with Telegram

A "Continue with Telegram" button lets you sign in using your Telegram account. In the Telegram Mini App this is the primary path — tapping "Get started" shares your phone number with no extra steps (zero-tap login).

When to use this: if you installed Bione through Telegram, this is the fastest path. If you use the website or mobile app, phone + code is simpler.

If the phone number you share belongs to a different account on a different Telegram ID, you'll see a conflict screen — nothing is merged, and support must resolve it. Until then you can't use that phone to sign in.

Other providers (mobile app)

The mobile app also offers Google and Apple sign-in, shown as their brand buttons. Below the providers there is a phone-or-email field plus a password field (with an eye toggle to reveal it).

When to use these: if you prefer not to wait for SMS codes, or if you already use Google/Apple sign-in on other apps.

How to set your language

There is a language picker (UZ / RU / EN) on the sign-in screen and in settings. Your choice is remembered on the device.

Before you can use the app, you must accept two legal documents. They block the whole app until you do:

  • Terms — a contract. Agree by tapping "I agree".
  • Privacy policy — a disclosure. Acknowledge by tapping "OK".

Both links open the actual documents. The legal gate is not dismissible, and the terms take priority if both are pending. Deleting your account is the one flow that stays available without accepting.

Why the gate exists

Bione processes payments, stores personal data, and tracks purchase history. The terms and privacy policy are the legal foundation for all of that. The gate ensures no data is collected from someone who hasn't acknowledged the rules.

How to choose your region

Most content depends on the region you're in. A region picker lives on the Home screen; select your region before browsing shops so the catalogue shows the right businesses.

When to change your region

Only if you travel or move. The app remembers your last selection. Shops that deliver to your region appear; ones that don't are hidden.
