Orders

See your order history and track a live order through its statuses.

Why order tracking exists

An order moves through several states — placed, preparing, out for delivery, delivered. Real-time tracking means you always know where your order is without calling the shop. You can also cancel an order that hasn't been fulfilled yet.

How to find your orders

The Orders screen lists your orders and filters them:

  • All / Active / Completed / Cancelled

Each order shows its status, items, and total. The list updates automatically (and refreshes on a timer as fallback).

When to check Active vs. Completed

Active shows orders still in progress — ones the shop is preparing or delivering. Completed shows past orders you can review or reorder from. Cancelled shows orders you or the shop cancelled.

How to track a live order

  1. Open the Orders screen.
  2. Tap the order you want to track.
  3. The status header + timeline shows a vertical stepper — for example Placed → Preparing → Out for delivery → Delivered.
  4. The timeline updates in real time as the shop progresses through the statuses.

Why the timeline matters

It tells you whether the shop has started preparing your order, whether it's on its way, and when it arrived. If an order stalls at "Preparing" for a long time, you can contact the shop or support.

How to read order detail

Tapping an order opens its detail page:

  • Status header + timeline — where the order is in its lifecycle.
  • Store row — which shop the order is from.
  • Line items — what you ordered and for how much.
  • Delivery / pickup block — how it's fulfilled.
  • Note — your instructions.
  • Payment + price breakdown — method, subtotal, cashback redeemed, total.
  • Cashback earned — a callout of what you'll earn once completed.

How to pay a frozen order

If an order is held and needs payment (for example a card hold that didn't complete), you'll see a pay sheet to complete it with a saved card or cash.

When this happens

If your card payment failed at checkout (network issue, bank declined), the order stays in a "frozen" state until you pay. The shop won't start preparing it until payment is confirmed.

How to cancel an order

An order you haven't picked up yet can be cancelled. You choose a reason (for example "changed my mind" or "ordered by mistake").

When you can cancel

  • Before the shop starts preparing — you can cancel freely.
  • After the shop starts preparing — cancellation may not be available depending on how far along the order is.

Why you must give a reason

The reason helps the shop understand why orders are cancelled, which improves their service. It also creates an audit trail for both you and the shop.

How to pick up an order

For pickup orders you get a pickup code:

  • A QR code containing the order number.
  • A typeable code printed under it, in case scanning isn't possible.

Show this to the shop so they can hand over your order.

How to write a review

Once an order is completed, an entry lets you write a review for the shop or a product in it. Reviews are only available for completed orders — this ensures you're reviewing something you actually received.
